About Me

Hi, I'm Melanie! I'm a digital designer with a Bachelor of Science in Informatics focusing in human-computer interaction from the University of Washington.

Working at a marketing agency as a digital marketing coordinator and web designer, I specialize in designing and building websites that are mobile-friendly, intuitive, conversion-focused, and accessible. My experience in marketing has made me a better designer, giving me the opportunity to work with clients and understand users goals in alignment with business needs.

I believe design to be a combination of exploration, curiosity, and creativity: daring to imagine innovative solutions that approach challenges in a beautifully unique way. ​

Outside of design, you can find me trying new coffee shops, taking photos on 35mm film, or reading a good book!
